The remedies are made from natural substances and can be used alone or alongside any of your prescribed medications without any interactions. Any medication prescribed by your own doctor, should only be stopped or changed under his / her supervision.

A Brief History

The word homœopathy was first used by Dr Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843). Dr Hahnemanna was a German physician and chemist and the founder of this system of medicine.

The word is derived from the Greek words hómoios – ὅμοιος meaning ‘like’ (similar), and páthos – πάθος meaning ‘suffering’, to indicate the underlying basis of homœopathy.

The original spelling incorporated the ‘œo’ but modern usage see it more commonly spelled as ‘homeopathy’.
